If you keep this recipe to 1 tablespoon olive oil, high protein pasta, your meal should be 300 calories with around 11g protein and fulfil 1 serving of your daily veggie/fruit needs. I'd add 50g shredded chicken breast here to add more protein, as this meal is kind of insufficient protein. That will bring this meal to 380 calories with 25g protein making it more balanced.

Correct me if im wrong but coconut oil can be worse for you than olive oil due to more saturated fats. I think olive oil is far better for your health, but coconut oil can be good too in controlled amounts

Our tribe consume coconut oil a lot and most of us have defined muscles. Not protein made ones. Although if we're all rich and consume those too, I bet they all pop out.

As long as you don't consume any other plants oil, this will work too well. If you eat a lot purposely and still consume it, you'll get the right amount of fat, but also really oily arms.
