It’s weird, I just got a brand new Terra and the handle isn’t pink, it’s black. When I lower it down to lock the co2 in place, it doesn’t raise it at all -
Are the quick connect cylinders better than the screw type? I have the Fizzi and it’s failing less than a year and it’s discontinued at Target but I have 5 blue screw type cylinders. They want to give me store credit but I’d have to get a different model that takes the pink ones. Don’t know what to do because I like my unit.
Hi @billdivine9501 @billdivine9501, thanks for your question! Our new Quick Connect CO2 cylinders hold the same amount of CO2 as our older ones, the main difference between the two types is that our Quick Connect CO2 cylinders "snap-lock" into your Sparkling Water Maker, an innovation that we have introduced as we received feedback from our Streamers that the older screw-in types were difficult to install. You should also be able to swap your old screw-in CO2 Cylinders for our new Quick Connect CO2 cylinders at any of our CO2 Cylinder stockists that have both types. If you have any trouble at all, just show them this message or get them to call us while you are in store on 1300 763 278. We hope this helps!
Hi Hugo, Sorry to hear that you have been having some trouble with your CO2 cylinder. The best thing to do is contact our customer support team on 1300 763 278. They will be able to assist you, Out contact details are also attached for you. support-au.sodastream.com/hc/en-au
I've almost had the same issue, how I fixed it is by having the lever for the Co2 tank pulled all the way up. After you fit the tank into the SodaStream with the lever all the way up, then you shut the lever. I wasn't fitting it right as I had the push the tank up into the machine really hard to get the Co2 out
Hi @Chronomasteroftime, thank you for asking! It's very difficult to give an exact number of bottles as each customer carbonates their drinks differently. Each 60L CO2 Cylinder can make up to 60 Litre of sparkling water, depending on the machine and preferred level of carbonation. Those who lightly carbonate may get closer to the 60 Litre mark while those who like their drinks fizzy will get less from their CO2 cylinder.
Hi @z3bk, we are so sorry to hear this. Please know we offer a 2 year warranty for all of our Sparkling Water Makers, valid from the purchase date (4 years you register it on our website here: sodastream.com.au/pages/register-your-product). So as your product malfunctioned, if it's within this period, and we determine the malfunction is due to faulty workmanship or materials, we will send you a replacement of new or comparable value, free of charge. If so, please get in touch with our Sparkling Support Team via your preferred method listed on this page: support-au.sodastream.com/hc/en-au Hopefully this helps!
Hi @@MrIrfanHwe apologise for the confusion. Our pink and blue CO2 cylinders fit different SodaStream models and are not universally compatible. We changed the design of our CO2 cylinders due to Streamer feedback that our older twist in cylinders were difficult to install - this was our number one pain point when it came to people finding their Sparkling Water Maker wasn't gassing sufficiently. The new CO2 Cylinders are compatible with the DUO, ART, E-TERRA, TERRA and GAIA Sparkling Water Makers. We would be more than happy to help you out with swapping your incorrect CO2 Cylinder for the right one? If you would like us to do so, just reach out to our Sparkling Support Team via your preferred method on this page so that we can arrange this for you: support-au.sodastream.com/hc/en-au

After installing the co2 tank, the Sodastream doesn't do anything. It's not able to pull the co2 out. What should I do?

I prefer the old design. I have to buy a whole new unit?
Hi @johnmillard2931, absolutely not! We plan of supporting the CO2 cylinders for both our older and new models for the foreseeable future.
about how many pushes does one tank have in it?
