- Join me on my 688 mile, six night & seven day solo ATV overland adventure ride of the Arizona Peace Trail.
The Arizona peace Trail is a approximately 675 mile loop trail system located on the western side of the beautiful state of Arizona. The AZPT passes through or near many small towns and there are hundreds of miles of side trails that connect up with the AZPT along the way.

On day-5 I break camp and get my gear all packed up and loaded onto my ATV. After leaving camp I will head to Lake Havasu City where I plan to refuel and resupply. From Lake Havasu City I plan to stop and see Founder's cabin. After leaving Founder's cabin my plan is to continue south to the small town of Bouse where I will again refuel and resupply before making my way to Quartzsite where I plan to stop and set up camp just outside of town for the night. I had wanted to stop and visit the old mining ghost town of Swansea but I realize that I am just not making the miles as easy as I thought I would on an ATV and just feel like I would not have much time for the side trip. I am some what disappointed, but I want to continue on to see as much of the Arizona Peace Trail as I can with the time I have to be out here. It looks like the weather is gonna be great today with mostly cloudy sky's and temps in the mid 70's. It's gonna be another great day on the Arizona Peace Trail!

I love riding when the skies are overcast like this. I think it really brings out the color and beauty of the desert and mountains landscape. The last view of Lake Havasu was cool. Another rocksolid video with awesome views bud.

That is actually a bear can for backpacking lol. It keeps the rodents, bears and other wildlife from getting to your food. It is the Bear vault BV-500

Great video. Do they let you drive on the paved roads there in Arizona on a quad? Looks like when you were going through the towns and cities you did.
Thank you! Yes you can drive on the city roads here. How ever they have to licensed and insured. But that is required here to ride even on most forest roads as well.
