      Yes in some situations sexual anxiety can also cause low self confidence and other challenges.

    How many days do i have to listen to this, in order to "heal" my brain? . Over 20?

      Hi George, it depends on many factors, as each man is different. It takes 30 days to change habits (neuroscience research) . I suggest also listen to my other recordings for ED - here is my playlist - you can listen to in the order listed or do what feels right for you.

      My suggested is listen to one video a few times, then move onto the next - only listen once a day. Research has shown that we can only process so much information in one day. It's tempting to listen to loads, but slowing down often makes the difference - and gives more space for change.
      These are only my suggestions, as I do not know your full situation.

      @@thomasmieses119 My suggestion is to slow down with this. Although I do not know your personal situation, here are my suggestions. It's also important to do what is right for you. Often fear can cause men to throw everything at their sexual problem, to try and solve it quickly. This tends to add more pressure and anxiety to the journey and process of change. I suggest to listen to just one video 2-3 days a week, then move on to the next video. For the other days listen to a grounding meditation or breathing meditation (I will be adding this new meditation soon). Despite all our human growth and advancement, our brains are still primitive and can only take in so much information. The process of creating change involves many factors. Take one step at a time.     Hello Linda, and thank you for these meditations.
    I am a non-binary person who has a penis, and I would like to replace the word "man" with "human" or "person" when repeating the affirmations in this and your other videos. Will this change how effective they are?

      Thank you for the question. I suggest you listen once 3-5 days a week for the first week, then 2-3 days a week after that if you want to continue. You can also mix it up with my other episodes/meditations if that is helpful. Please note this is only my suggestion, as I do not know you, please also do what is right for you.
      I personally do not recommend more than once per day, as I believe in giving your unconscious mind and body time and space to integrate and process the work.

      @@MaleSexualProblem ma'am what else can I do to cure erectile dysfunction like I am taking medicine but what else can I do to cure it completely and make my penis strong.
      Ma'am can affirmations can increase penis size and girth if please make a video on it

      I suggest looking at my playlists (www.youtube.com/@MaleSexualProblems/playlists) , and first listen to the thoughts, and mindset episodes, then move to the sexual anxiety recordings, then erectile dysfunction meditations. First work with the fears/thoughts/mindset, then anxiety, then erectile dysfunction.
      I do not believe affirmations can help with penis size/girth - so I am unable to help you on this aspect with recordings.
