In the beginning of shippuden, naruto and sasuke were 16, and in the video it says that itachi was 6 when sasuke was born obviously meaning hes 6 years older then sasuke, but the video also says that itachi died at 21 years old, and sasuke was still 16 at the time, meaning that either the video is wrong and itachi was 22 when he died or itachi is just 5 years older than sasuke
