    Great marketing strategy for free labor

      😂😂😂 free labour instead of bonded labour coz "mera desh badal raha hai aage badh raha hai" has a different meaning for indian companies who die to cut you salary if you do not respond to a call when you're on leave and love politics over innovation and problem solving. JusPay might be good but is it politics free ? if so can anyone prove it ?

      I agree that its free labour trust me if you have a good github profile you can land a very good job in market irrespective of your background. I am not encouraging to join them. But a good github profile can help you land good interviews.
      Contributions to this repo can improve individuals profile

    I have que to you guys, why don't you hire AI devin? I am SWE too but out of curiosity I am asking

      How many years have you been working professionally as SWE?
      I am curious, as even if you have 2yoe, you won't be saying this ever.

    • @aj-lan284
      @aj-lan284 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@avg7 as per your thinking, curiosity should die if you have 2 YOE

      @avg7 5 месяцев назад +3

      @@aj-lan284 its not about curiosity, its more about understanding your responsibilities as a SWE.
      At >2 yoe anyone working in SWE and who have used any gpt or equivalent would agree that thier jobs won't ever be replaced by AI.
      Yes, using it would make you more efficient and enable to "Get things done with less". But its not a replacement for a SWE.
      After all, an SWE's job is not only limited to "inverting a binary tree"

      Clearly you don't know why rust was made in the first place. Here in terms of finance it makes perfect sense as to why they went with rust

      Rust is the better alternative to C/C++ today
      If you want to write a low latency system or do embedded programming you'd use c/c++ but they're unsafe and really message to handle and many programmers don't like it
      Rust has been loved by C devs, it's more secure, memory safe and helps writting lesser bugs
