Hey man, I noticed the part about Drone Deer Recovery planning to expand in the future. I think this would be a great opportunity and would be highly interested in joining your team. I am currently a wildlife ecology and Management major at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point and this would be a great service for many more game species and GIS services. I graduate next spring 2024 but I am interested in learning more if it would be a possibility to join your team and provide service out of Wisconsin some day!
@@BrianCrump007bro not everyone is rich like you and can’t afford one. People don’t know how to track I tracked one of my mutiple cow elk 800 yards without any tech to help me (I did have a few buddies with me)
If I lived in PA, Ohio, or the states Mike does recoveries on 150ish class deer, I wouldn't push it with a dog or jumping it either. But I don't. I live in NC and hunt both NC and SC. We have too many tags per Hunter and no one will let the deer grow. Not calling anyone a liar, but you can't tell me out of 50 years of hunting you have not made a bad decision or a bad shot. If so, you don't hunt.

This guys body language is screaming that “less than legal” methods were used to harvest this beautiful buck. And 2 scoring over 200” back to back..🧐? I’m rarely Ever a hater and I’m usually the first in line to give props when someone is successful. But for some reason this is SUSS big time.
Mike, I’d like to talk to you about franchising here in Arkansas. Of course I need to check with our Game and Fish down here but I’m literally in the process of getting my FAA license and studying for the exam. If you’re interested let me know thanks.
@@jessmothersell9985 Dogs will likely push it if its not dead, then you risk never seeing it again. The drone is super stealth, could confirm its dead or alive and if you need more time to let it sit
rcol a dog will bay it up and keep it from going somewhere so your able to get another shot on it. We do it alot here in arkansas. Not every situation needs a deer bayed up.
@@jessmothersell9985 my experience is the deer will be gone as soon as it knows the dog is coming. It’s not sticking around for a second shot… I just don’t see that!
Tracking dogs are a thing of the past for recovery. Nothing ethical about using a dog to bay or push an already injured animal. Congratulations to you on your success, I have talked to our conservation at our capitol office and Missouri is on board. I’ll be getting a drone for a side gig and a hobby.
Does anyone track deer anymore?I mean the drone is cool but my God put some effort into looking first if you know you "smoked" it...Dude just wanted some you tube fame I suppose
He did a interview in a other video and said he seen the deer go down…..his bitch ass just wants camera time, our small town knows he shot it in a city your not aloud to hunt in
My dad killed a 160 inch Georgia buck this year and in the area we hunt the deer do not grow that well because the minerals in the ground aren't that great around my area... But the hunting club our 48 acres sets off of got mad asf when we told them not to chase that buck anymore they started doing donuts in the dirt roads.. let's just say that shit got shut down

Congratulations on finding that deer 🦌. And congratulations for the hunter making a great shot.
