the difference between Zalfie and other family vloggers; zalfie is genuinely excited to share the little moments with us and doesn't show all of ottie's moments, they don't overshare like other family vloggers. i love them with all of me and i hope you agree with this lmao

This is the first time I've watched her stuff in a long time, and all I can say is that she did a great job. The cozy old RUclips vibe is still there, but in a more mature way, and that's bringing back many memories. The one thing that I'm most impressed by is how Zoe "incorporated" Ottie into the video... We get to see everything, but Zoe is still the "star of the show." Her identity as a creator is still there, and that's the tricky thing to do when the whole dynamic of your life changes.
an idea for the toy advent calendar - maybe keep the toys in a separate basket and just put one in for the day of the calendar it is, then she has to search for the day and is excited to find the toy since its just the one and isn't just focused on pulling them all out! :) so happy you are doing vlogmas! these are my favorite videos to watch

Zoe as a mom I understand getting emotional over little things. There is absolutely nothing better than watching our little ones enjoying life with the people that love them the most.

I love the fact that you've documented some of the most important milestones and memories in your life, Ottie will be able to look back and watch her parents fall in love, move in together, get their first home, decorate her room, her birth and then the moments you enjoy with her. It's so lovely to think you've built years worth of time capsules. ♥

Haha, so umm-ing is a verbal reaction to bridging thoughts before we “land” them. I had a vocal coach for this exact reasoning and it can be trained out of you! It’s hard though. 😂

I've been watching since 2014, and I'm already finding this vlogmas so comforting and festive. I lost my sister (my only sibling) late last year, so the holidays can be particularly rough, but these vlogs are managing to put a smile on my face.

I can totally relate to just wanting to cry at watching your child enjoy a special moment. I wasn’t an overly emotional person until I had kids. Now I find myself tearing up all the time. My 5 year old played soccer this fall and I teared up at his first goal 😂

I don’t often comment but I need to say thank you so much for doing vlogmas you really didn’t have to but it lifts my spirits up like no other!!
