vlogmas this year really takes me back to 2015 being 14 and getting excited for christmas once vlogmas had started 🥺 so much nostalgia!!!!!

zoe definitely has grown so much anxiety wise. i remember when she had a book signing for her first girl online book (the blue one!) and alfie had to carry her out because she just broke down. now she’s smashing it. she should be so proud of herself. she’s worked so hard and she’s come SOOOO far

No matter how much time passes, and how many new channels and creators I start to love and follow, yours has been and will always be my favourite, my safe place on the internet. It feels nostalgic, and at the same time so much has changed for you and also for me in my life. I grew up watching you (and Alfie) and watching you gives me a comfort that I can't explain, it's like being 14 again for a few minutes in this beautiful craziness that life is as an adult(I'm now 24 btw hahaha).

This is the most smiley and happy I’ve gotten from a vlog in a while zoe😭all you guys did was talk but seeing you two interact and converse with one another apart from j little chatty bits and pieces in any normal vlog was soooo adorable and happy and the bloopers at the end had me in a fit 😂
You have to try the Girly Girl methode! Your hair is NOT frizzy it is just curls wanting to happen. The new hair is just healthy hair which curls much easier. Would love to see your natural wavy/curly hair. Love the short hair 💜

I absolutely loved you talking about your anxiety and how it changes when you become a parent. I felt like you were talking about MY LIFE!!! Could relate to everything you said 110%. I have found that since having my 2year old my anxiety has got worse, because like you say you have to power on through and it's harder to take that precious time to yourself. I just finished 8 weeks off therapy because I've not been so good at having early nights, making the time to read, have a bath, go on a walk, do yoga BY MYSELF! You don't realise how important your alone time is and to let go and relax until you become a parent x

I have been loving Vlogmas this year. Seeing Zoe and Alfie being parents is the best! I have been watching both for over 10 years! We have a one year old as well (going to be two in March 😭) and seeing how they are handling parenthood brings me so much comfort that we aren’t alone! Zoe and Alfie are doing it too!
Also, Alfie’s edits are great 😂 I love the little things he leaves in that I think Zoe sometimes cuts out. And making fun of her for the “um” 😂

I started watching Zoe and Alfie when I was 12 years old! And now I’m 23, I can’t express how much you both have been role models to me. Couple wise, personally wise, just all the content you guys have put out, genuinely is good for all, the soul, mind, and just overall happiness, and I still look forward to watch your videos right when they come out. You guys just get it, care and have built this great community where I know I am with people who care to. So thank you so much. You guys even at 23 set goals for me and advice and give me things to aspire to that I want to do in my own life. Merry Christmas! I appreciate your content all the time but especially this season for volgmas, it’s so special ❤️

After baby #2, my previously wavy hair went super curly, but stayed with a straighter layer on top! It has been such a pain to style ever since! Embracing layers and the curly girl method has made my life a whole lot easier. It only took me 15 years to get the hang of how to manage it...

There is something really special knowing Alfie is editing Zoe's vlogs. Even though you really can't tell it's not Zoe. I think it's because and maybe I'm describing this badly, you see Zoe through Alfies eyes. You can feel the love. It's been so lovely watching these. Obviously seeing Ottie is a huge highlight and of course Nala ( I have 2 pugs thanks to watching Nala) seeing Zoe and Alfie has been really lovely. I know nothing in life is perfect but at the end of the vlog before the umms lol I thought that's a pretty perfect picture of two great people. Xx

fun fact about the "how are you" question: I live in Hungary but work at a multinational company and I've heard it so many times that Hungarians are too honest :D it is not custom for us, to answer "good, how about you?" to this question. if someone asks, we will tell you exactly how we are, good or bad :D so anytime someone from UK or US asks me this I have to remind myself that they most likely don't expect a personalised response to their question. I do think that there is value in honestly checking in with each other even at a workplace, I hope some foreigners living here also find the beauty in it:)
