    Might check the ingredients for sugar alcohols. They can cause some digestive issues for me and other people.

    I am currently working with one of Dr.Edes coaches & also follow a quiet carnivore diet ( I do drink coffee & kombucha) I make sure to keep my fat super high for brain health… it sounds like all this tracking your sleep & other metrics that may help you if you stopped listening to AI as we have good days bad days and your watch may have been moving around… hopefully you feel better soon!
