Of course the one time they are talking about the degree I am working on, I miss it live.

Our city doesn't even have sensible public transit. I'd settle for a city of the PRESENT let alone the future. South Korea has covered bike paths and Sweden has highways where you can charge your car. We're rapidly becoming third world. And its not Trudeau's fault.

Weird you have to quantify it like that, but who’s been in charge the last 8 years………..

@@chadtosh6831 Trudeau isn't in charge of municipal transit and in fact at least bought us new buses. Which most people avoid because the routes make no sense and take an hour and a half to cover what a car does in ten minutes.
Some people need to learn about the THREE levels of government.

@@mikearchibald744 you say Canada is becoming third world, but it’s the municipal governments fault is your argument? The ones that rely on infrastructure grants to build projects like you described above from the federal government? Very aware of the three levels of government. Lmfao 🤣

@@mikearchibald744 absolutely know about the three levels of government. You are the one who referenced Canada as becoming third world, and who is in charge the last 8 years? Plus most municipalities rely on both federal and provincial grants to build infrastructure, but you are making the argument that they are the ones responsible for us becoming third world like?

@@mikearchibald744 ps. All of the taxpayers in Canada bought you new buses ( including those working in oil and gas). Trudeau didn’t spend one dime of his own money for those buses. Too busy at evading paying his fair share on his trust fund!! 🤣👍🍻

Well i certainly wont be riding into Edmonton as my Harley is too loud for Edmonton ,as i have loud exhausts on my bike so peeps can hear me coming when there talking , texting or putting on their lipstick while driving or crossing the road But the police ,fire dept ,and ambulances can still use their way louder sirens to warn the public they are coming ........go figure ......Loud pipes save lives

You realize emergency vehicles are going to emergencies and not just out joy riding and disturbing the neighbourhoods because they are worried they might get hit while weaving around vehicles right.
Either way, they wont miss you and you wont miss them so its win win for everybody.

Well, bike pipes are actually really loud. My issue with them is when they rev them up at a crosswalk - something ambulances never do.
      That being said...
Edmonton drivers suck ass at checking lanes at the best of times. Until a better solution comes around, I'm fine getting startled if it means bikers don't get flattened

I’d tell you to come visit and see for yourself, but you may not enjoy our conservative lifestyle.
