3. rented home -living on own gives you life lessons so worth it.
4. investments-fd,sips etc -oviously wortth it coz investments are crutial to make your money grow
How much do we lack basic self security & understanding that youtubers have to give so many disclaimers and explainations for things they bought for themselves with their own money !

I am proud of myself that I didn’t find waste of money it’s an asset building process but for a long time. Though currently I sometimes complain of financial crunch but when given a thought it’s worth it as I don’t end up wasting money in shoes,clothes, makeup etc…

Jewellery is such a bad investment. If you really want to "invest" in gold, get gold bars/coins. Unless you are in a very very bad situation in life, you'll never sell jewellery, while it's much easier to sell a gold coin when you need that money.
Buy jewellery if you want to, if you like it, if you have the money, but don't call it investment! :)
