- The British Redcoats (Imperial Guards) attack the invading French Bluecoats (Imperial Soldiers) from taking their Caribbean Colony. Going up against Pirates is perhaps easier than going up in a war against another Empire!
Love it when the Redcoats win 🏆
Me too!
@@FrightBricks First of all really nice video and secondly @TheImperialGuards1, as a British person i also love it when they win!
Very nice and smooth work, thank you!
Thank you very much for your comment, I really tried making it as smooth as possible, I'm very glad you enjoyed it!
They certainly didn’t have the best tactics when it came to fighting just like in real life lol 😅
Yes lol, they lined up waiting to get hit lolol
Awesome man
Thanks so much!
@@FrightBricks yo just asking whens the next video cause its been 2 months just asking
Wow! Everything about this is great! (I subbed) 👍🏼😃
Thanks so much!
Amazing stop motion! Redcoat victory!
Thank you!
i liked the vid
Are you gonna post anytime soon? I love your videos :)
Hi, thanks I really appreciate it. Yes I am posting more soon. I have been busy with my star wars channel but now I will no longer neglect this one for so long again, I'm currently filming another Redcoat vs Bluecoat pirates video right now, and then I have medieval ones planned and making the sets for. I also have cool ideas for in a few months. Lots on the way stay tuned, thanks for the interest :)
@@FrightBricks I’m very happy about that :) you are definitely one of my favorite Lego stop motion channels :D
What’s the name of your Star Wars channel?
@@KnightProductions12 Sorry for the late reply. My star wars channel is "Clone Pilot Ace Productions"
@@FrightBricks ok :)
Wow! , great stop motion , subbed:)
Hey thanks so much I really appreciate it, I've subbed to you as well!
A question I must ask I get some stuff from brickwarriors there custom packs with clips on each side for added weapons for the redcoats but don't know what color wuld look great on both red and bluecoats I'm thinking black for the bluecoats and brown for the redcoats any suggestions?
Like the bayonet custom clips? I only own 4, they're all black but I haven't used them for stop motions. I didn't know they made them in brown. I've always thought black looked good
@@FrightBricks yeah I go to bout 3 or 4 sites for accessories the Flintlock Musket both brickwarriors and the version from I think brick arm's or brick forge they come in bout 4 colors I use black for the bluecoats on the rifles eh I'll go with black and brown for the redcoats I use brown color for there Muskets I gota get the bayonet for all 3 fractions armada bluecoats and redcoats yeah brickwarriors the weapons and gear come in different colors ugh sometimes only in one for a long time before they get restock bur I don't know when they do that
@@mikepalmer392 What colour are you going to do for armada? Do they do gunmetal grey for them too?
@@FrightBricks eh naw they probably need packs but I think I'll leave them with just the rifles
Well done! May I ask;
1) How many FPS do you animate?
2) Which program do you use?
Just curious, no pressure.
Hi, thanks! I animate in 12 FPS, and I use stop motion studio pro on my phone.
@@FrightBricks Awesome thanks.
That was very impressive, with all the soldiers moving at once! Very nice work, the set design is very nice too.
Wow thanks a lot I really appreciate it. I worked really hard on the shots where many soldiers are moving on at once. Many takes and very frustrating sometimes they would all fall over and I'd have to redo it, but worth it in the end. More videos like this coming.
@@FrightBricks Yes, I can imagine the frustration, I even get it with just one figure sometimes! I look forward to them :)
@@FrightBricks how can i get these figures ?
@@pigeonstudioes1 Bricklink, ebay, etc. Bricklink is good for full figures, or for parts like torsos, hats etc
I wish i could animate this well.
Thank you for your great compliment! Everyone can animate well if they practice!
0:11 I’ve never seen someone actually make a mini figure hold a cutlass like that. I’ve on,y ever seen it on the box of that old Lego system Wild West set.
Yeah I thought it would be a cool way to animate "move forward" without speaking, and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Although I had to do multiple takes as it was hard to get it to stay in his hand in that position
I would have used a little bit of blue tac, because it would be Sort of hidden behind the Hand.@@FrightBricks

@@GaiusJuliusCaesar_SPQR Thank you so much. Tons more videos on the way after a long wait. Keep your eyes out this week.
I’m excited for the new video!
@@KnightProductions12 Yes, it's officially releasing wednesday after much delay, had a couple complications had to redo a couple shots but it's done now just editing it, releasing wednesday for sure.
Nice. I have been learning a lot about British troops in class.
Thanks. Yes, they were very good soldiers usually.
Impressive army
Thank you very much, I love the classic figures a lot.
That’s one of the best movies I’ve ever seen good job
Hey thanks a lot I really appreciate it! That means a lot.
Nice
Thanks!
👏👏👏👏
This is epic!! Keep it up :D
Thanks!
So awesome! Keep it up!
Thanks so much I really appreciate it!
Nice work!
Thanks so much!
This isn’t targeted at your cool stop motion, but more about the way these soldiers fought. Who in their right mind will stand in a line to be shot at? I’d be strategically hiding behind trees, trenches etc.
it was just the way the british and french fought, because hiding was cowardly and standing in the open and getting shot would mean to die honorably
It's the first time I've ever done one like this, bext one will have more soldiers. This stop motion was really just a test run.
Well actually muskets back then we’re not accurate at all so the best strategy was volley fire like they are doing right now
