I suggest getting a set of the plans if you are interested. I had seen these types of sculptures before and really wanted to understand how they work so I bought a set of the plans which does a great job of laying it all out. It’s not the exact same method but very similar to this version. ruclips.net/video/1OiHvq4xCbk/видео.html
@@blackdogsdesignco5037 hey bro the holzmechanic website cannot be accessed by just anyone i guess. how would one go about buying the plans and where from? thanks
Hi, I bought the plans and spring from Christopher Blasius. I need help clarifying step 15 where he says to glue a stop peg on top of a magnet! That doesn't make sense!
Really cool video, thanks for posting! I'm curious, what do the dots that the machine puts on each piece in a circle around the bearing hole mean? Are you using deep groove ball bearings or does it need something more exotic?
@@blackdogsdesignco5037 Hello Bro, I already bought and did all the part on my cnc router machine. Also all the engineering stuffs. Could you please help me to find perfect spring for the job?
I tried to do the same but couldn’t find the right one so I ordered it from the guy selling the plans. I don’t think there are any markings on it either that I could tell you the strength as I had wanted to order more locally but couldn’t figure it out even with one in hand.
I think this was the one size but the seller doesn’t have a page anymore for the 4x3 N50 size but it was eBay as well. www.ebay.com/itm/100-or-500-pcs-2mm-x-1mm-Tiny-Neodymium-Disc-Magnets-N52-Warhammer-40K-Games-/182507537388?_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286
My recommendation would be to order from the website that sells the plans. I tried finding the right size spring on my own and when I couldn’t I ordered from him as well.
I suggest getting a set of the plans if you are interested. He clearly put a lot of thought into how it’s designed. It’s not the exact same method but very similar to this version. ruclips.net/video/1OiHvq4xCbk/видео.html
I was making two at the same time but I think it was probably somewhere around 4 hours. Took longer than that though because I had to regenerate some of the files and re-cut some of the parts.
Amazing
Could you do a video detailing how the gears work?

Strange, I just tried it and it works for me. You can Google Aurora Kinetic Sculpture and his website is one of the first results.

I would email him for clarifications. It’s been quite a while since I built mine and I’m fuzzy on the build steps at this point.

Bonjour pouvez vous vendre un kit découpé svp ou pas ? Cdl
Do you mind Sharing the PDF design for this one.

Thanks! They are pilot points for drilling the holes.
what spring do you use?
I don’t have the exact part number but it’s a constant force spring. Basically a coiled piece of flat metal.

Can you provide detailed assembly methods and parts?
You should buy the plans from the link in the description for that. I would have except it was not my design and I don’t have the creators permission.
can you please let me know from which link I can buy the plan and assembly method, I am from India, interested to buy this.@@blackdogsdesignco5037
I need to buy the plans but the paypal link isn't working.
You will have to email Christopher on the website. I actually just bought the plans for Magica today and it worked for me.
Where will i get this spring?

Awesome!!! The only thing I would change is replace the spring with motor or electromagnet to reach infinite spinning, or at least 8-12 hours.
Cool video!!!!

This is for sell ??~ what is price ?
Appreciate your interest but it is not currently for sale. I love it but the quality of my build is not up to my standards for a product to sell.
How long did it take to cnc all the parts (machine time)?

What cnc machine do you have? I’m in the market and just ordered the plans/spring for this kinetic sculpture.
I have the Solsylva 18” x 24”. It only comes as a set of plans and you have to make all the parts, build the controller, etc.
❤️ Beautiful 🥰 making video please ❤️
Excellent..
Hello boss.. I need the total design of this sculpture.
I want to make it for my home..
Can you plssssss share it with me
You can purchase the plans and spring from the website in the description. It’s not my design so unfortunately I can’t share it directly.
Instagram orientation....
Yeah this was one of the first videos I recorded.
