Hi, there are several components to replace in this machine: - toners - drum - transfer - fuser So if you replaced the drum, it's good, but now it's time to replace the fuser unit and transfer. It is best to replace them with new ones because they are worn out.

Wash the paper pick-up roller with alcohol and check the machine if it picks up paper. If it gives a paper jam and open the back cover and look at the Fuser Unit because you may have damaged rollers.

@@MrRicoh after I restarted the printer it worked very well and when I got into the tech mode I could do the imaging init reset. But still had the error code activated and no printing. I had to reboot the unit and now everything works again as it should. Thank you for the tip. The resistor on mine was probably never in as I bought the unit for about 200 dollar in canada at a well known retail store. That it does not work was a trained computer specialist who ripped me off by 120 dollar. He will get a visit from me today.....

To enter the menu you have to use this command: Menu > Back > Left > Right > Ok > Stop/Clear > Menu. Then you can select the same options and enter the password with the same buttoms. I have tried it now and it works in my C480W!
