  • In this video, I made Vietnamese rice paper roll.
    It is my go to dish when I want a healthy, clean diet.
    It is very easy to make yet looks great.
    Vietnamese Rice Paper Roll:
    - ingredient:
    Rice paper
    All kinds of veggie : cucumber, paprika, onion, etc. (if you have perilla leaves, it is perfect)
    Protein: Egg, chicken breast, (frozen) shrimp (or anything you like. pork or beef or lamb...)
    - Dipping sauce: sweet chilli sauce, fish sauce (you can also have peanut dipping sauce)
    - How:
    1. clean, prep and chop the ingredients into thin slices.
    2. Grill protein (salt and pepper them beforehand)
    3. Boil water
    4. Dip the rice paper in lukewarm water
    5. Put all ingredients in and wrap them
    6. Enjoy with the sauce of your choice!
