He doesn't have magnetic power like Sonu Nigam, sukhwinder singh, Udit Narayan etc. infact A.R Rahman has marvelous singing heart touching voice vocal in itself.
Chamila music is Awesome work done by ARR. But missing him in INDIAN 2. He didi great work in Indian 1. Anirudh made all songs very common .no uniqueness, freshness found for such magnum opus. This time Shankar made wrong decision with Anirudh.
Hail, PRR! Group together big popular names, do average work that cannot even stand the test of time(!), rope in a 'Netflix', 'Amazon' or 'Sony' for pre- / post-release promo, get some hefty PR job done, to sell more of the average stuff, promote vigorously day in day out via umpteen channels / print / social media, keep reiterating "this is epic, magical, musical" for 1 month, make the gullible, clueless fans (what are they for?!) lap up all the fallacies as facts so they do more promo on their part, come back for "1-year" celebration and so on...consider it a job "well done"!! 'Natural' life-"cycle" of most of the baubles nowadays, or even those from the 90s!
Salute to the legend... He is outstanding and only he could have done such a great music...
