First off great video. I love how you used your marketing tactics to increase volume of traffic on slow days. My question to you is are you offering products to your clients especially your bearded clients
You are an answer to my prayers. Been at a shop(having transitioned from Great Clips type stores) for 1 year. Don't know what I'm looking for yet, other than to help clients and grow. I've been licensed in Bar/Cos for over 30 years, yet it still seems like I'm not doing what it takes to grow. Thank you for this vid and am on my way over to your website.
I did ten Dollar haircuts my record for the day was 73 haircuts in one day. My boss keep the same price for 14. He should have gone up. I didn’t like doing that many a day. I would have much rather have done. 40 to 50 at 15 without killing myself.
