First off great video. I love how you used your marketing tactics to increase volume of traffic on slow days. My question to you is are you offering products to your clients especially your bearded clients

You are an answer to my prayers. Been at a shop(having transitioned from Great Clips type stores) for 1 year. Don't know what I'm looking for yet, other than to help clients and grow. I've been licensed in Bar/Cos for over 30 years, yet it still seems like I'm not doing what it takes to grow. Thank you for this vid and am on my way over to your website.

I did ten Dollar haircuts my record for the day was 73 haircuts in one day. My boss keep the same price for 14. He should have gone up. I didn’t like doing that many a day. I would have much rather have done. 40 to 50 at 15 without killing myself.

@@motiv8443 #1 is location. Find an empty storefront with lots of foot traffic. Something next to a coffee shop or next to the grocery store. #2 is keep your overhead low.make sure the rent is reasonable.. you can find another barber to split the rent with you and each of you run your own chairs as partners..#3 dont get in too much debt right away . you can find most of the furniture at the thrift store. You should work at an established shop 1st., Save money and Pick things up when you find them cheap ( like waiting chairs ). You can use an old desk from the thrift store for a station. Buy supplies in bulk. I buy my clippercide for $6.00 a can because i buy a case at a time.
