Take it to Rykas, Whiteways or Loomies. Plenty of material there but there are legal restrictions on flying over people and roads I guess. Would probably have to be along a smaller road in the countryside.

I had a custom BMW paint job on a boringly plain BMW top case done by BMW Motorrad North Oxford 3 years ago. They've a paint shop attached to the car dealers and they're pretty helpful. They'd do any scheme you like...
