Bro!!! It's because they work the way they do that they are in an undeveloped country. How can you expect them to move forward if they work backward?? Surely you can see by their methodologies that this way of working is not progressive
@dr. Evil. They do it backwards because of money and education. They are where the US was in the 50s. It really is like a catch 22. They cannot do all the jobs properly so they end up doing the job 2-3 times more so they end up working themselves in a hole. It will change and is changing slowly
I am always amazed how they get things done with minimal tools! But please invest in safety gear like workshoe,s and safety glasses. They can make you do your work a bit longer.

Funny how a couple of guys are doing the hard work while the other guys just sit around looking at them. Must be management. They must learn how to at least look busy. Now now they have a riot on their hands. 😂😂

Непонятно, размер вполне позволяет болгаркой срезать основную часть,если надо довести форму на фрезере .
Зачем целый день нудно гызть каленую железяку.
Газом сдулбы и побырому закалил обратно! )))
Ну нет у них болгарки... Был в подобных ситуациях. Полный цех ЧПУ станков, и ни одного фрезера. Мне была нужна шпонка, я ее полдня точил на точке из каленого металла.

@@andreykot8373 пример из жизни. Инструментом не обделен. Болгарка на 125, есть на 150 и 230. Понадобилось отхерачить кусок фундамента. Диск алмазный есть. 125 - мощность мала. Исчезающе мала, с её оборотами - короче смертнику в зубы дай такой инструмент. 150 с большим диском не идет. 230 - ну уж все тип по феншую, бери и херачь. Беру и херачу. В куске фундамента глыба гранита залита. Контрольные пропилы по фундаменту пропилил как здрасьте. На граните начало выгибать диск. Полили с избытком водичкой. Дали передохнуть. Все равно, под конец в болгарке редуктор хрипеть стал. Из такой моей преамбулы, дал бы тебе в руки 125 болгарку, с ней хоть не убьешься. Насчет чего-то посерьезнее - просто хотел бы посмотреть, как пилить будут болгаркой мощностью не слабее 3 кВт кусок каленой железяки. Да и и главное под углом и на весу. Дабы отпилить надо брать минимальной толщины круг. 1,2-2мм край. И я б посмотрел на этот процесс. Да можно взять шлифовальный круг, не обрезной и вполне по толщине . Ну и будешь елозить вокруг этой железки, как по п. ладошкой.

A few things that amaze me. There are many videos on youtube where it is shown how good you are at your job. But what about safety in the workplace, what about safety shoes, safety glasses not least lifting gear, if we had the same conditions here in Denmark we would get fines and work stopped until there are safe conditions. and then one last thing that I envy you. think of having a bed standing and chairs for spectators, because there is no room for that here in Denmark

Why they didn't cut shape with angle grinder or oxygen torch before. That might be their work easier.
Exactly right cut with torch then hard surface weld .
The steel in that hammer bit is already work hardened and flame it will create a harder an potentially brittle surface that is much harder to machine especially with HSS tooling. As for shaping it with a grinder that would take longer and expend more shop materials to do the job
No way I would stand near the wobbly wheel of death twating it's way through that steel

У меня два токарных станка. Один из запчастей собран -школьник (он дорого обошелся зараза). Второй с металлолома и еще требует внимания, одесский. Много мест смотрел, станки много где просто хлам. Токарный патрон посмотришь - он кроме нарезки резьбы на трубе и подрезки трубы ничего не видел. На кулачках выбоина от трубы. Но заглядывают в глаза и говорят что токарь работал.

Ребята, всё понимаю, но горы стружки на станке это полное дно...
The guy is having his tea break and working. Bare hands no gloves no safety shoes, ear or eyes protections. And getting paid 6 dollars a day. Feel sorry for them. But good skill and hard working guys.
Less than 6 dollar
With safety shoes, gloves etc. this work cost about 20$/day. I know that because this is average pay for worker in heavy industry in my country. In some situations is better to have 10$/ for do nothing. Just because without obligations + enough time.
