Totally forgot to acknowledge the dictionary in this video - obviously Pallas's was never in there (to my knowledge), and there are still words like secretary and echidna that I don’t think reflect this pack. Either the dictionary could mean nothing, or it could be a hint that future DLCs are coming with these remaining animals.
@@Poseidon4862. I really doubt it since it's looking mountain themed and not all of the dictionary animals, like the secretary bird or echidna, live in mountains. This could still be our last pack but then that leaves the dictionary unexplained
I predict we'll be getting the American bighorn sheep this pack. Assuming it's a Highlands theme it fits perfectly, and would be extremely simple to implement as a reskinned "clone" of the dall sheep. It's a popular species and much more common than the Dall as well. I also think the spectacled bear is extremely likely, Frontier knows it is a popular pick and it's another that is perfect for a Highlands theme and relatively easier to make.
I imagine its going to be like the barnyard pack - 7 animals and a bit of scenery. But also, i think its going to be like the tropical pack, which had animals from South america, Africa, and Asia, but the scenery was very specifically bali/indonesian. I think this pack might have mountainous animals from all over the world, but have a specific theme - possibly Tibet? Personally im really hoping for at least one animal from Japan. - Japan is very unrepresented in the game. and i think a Serow, or a Tanuki would be amazing. Im also really hoping for a Musk Ox, and a mountain Hare.
Would love the tanuki and the musk ox is obviously very highly requested, but from some quick googling I couldn't find if the musk ox is really considered an alpine/highlands animal 🤔 I think the 7 animals/scenery is definitely a possibility, but I forgot to say in the video, at the same time that's almost a full year without an exhibit animal!! So I have doubts they'd actually pull a barnyard again, but maybe

Actually the secretary bird can found in all elevations including highlands
Maybe also some eagles or vultures
The token bird of the pack could maybe be instead the capercaillie, monal or tragopan but its still too early to say for certain
