How tall are you? Are you using a seat harness or waist? I'm 6'1/2" and when using 32" they feel too long for me using a waist harness. My arms are completely stretched out and my whole stance feels very uncomfortable. Right now, I'm using 28" and they feel just about right.

    Questions please:
I haven't windsurfed for over 20 years. Then we had the harness lines further apart, roughly where our hands would be on the boom. Now all seem to prefer them very close together.
    1st question is why?
2nd question is I loved to get feet in straps, and remove both hands from the boom whilst going fast.
Is this even possible with the harness lines so close together on the boom?
