Contents Used
6 - 7 potatoes (1 kilogram).
3 eggs.
1 teaspoon of red chili powder.
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
1 tsp mint.
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil ( 30 ml ).
For the top layer:
3 red peppers.
2 green peppers.
mushrooms ( 400 grams ).
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil ( 30 ml ).
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of red chili powder.
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
cheddar cheese (100 grams).
1st cooking time: in the oven at 200 °C, 30 minutes.
2nd cooking time: in the oven at 200 °C, 10 minutes.
