I switched from Mouse ClickZX hybrid to full alt with tablet and even though it's been like 4 months my aim still desyncs so much. Thanks for naming and recognizing this term (before that it occurred to me as "skill issue")
forgot to mention in my case it is a tapping issue. I can't jump 200+ bpm by singletapping like I could easily with mouse and now with full alt I sometimes just tap too fast and miss
update to my other comment on this video: after switching from tablet to mouse again, keeping the newly adapted full alt (unlike before with mouse), most of the aim desync is gone i also switched from 1200 dpi on mouse to only 1000 and my aim is pretty good so far (it's day 1 practically)
