It’s truly sad. I don’t understand why any parent would not teach their children at home how to handle any traffic stop or chance meeting with police officers in any capacity. This tragedy could have been avoided and this mother not in the pain she’s in. Her not knowing that her son drank is also a tragedy within her home.

My mom always knew if something was wrong with me. I had some bad medical issues that had sudden onsets requiring surgery. A couple times this happened in the middle of the night... she woke up, sat up in bed and woke up my father to tell him. He told her okay, we'll pack first thing in the morning... can't leave any sooner. She was psychic about good things as well 🥰. Parents are like that!

As a black woman watching this interview here in the U.K., I cannot imagine what this beautiful mother is going through. Despite the heart wrenching pain she is suffering she epitomises that word “Humanity”, which she speaks of. An absolutely beautiful soul who will undoubtedly receive so much respect from people not only in the US but across the world. My hope is that she will draw strength from all the support she receives and will get the rightful justice her beautiful son deserves.

As a father of 2 children, I cannot imagine losing one whether by accident or illness.....but to lose a child by people who are sworn to serve and protect and other first responders who just watched Tyre suffer and not render aid, how could the victim's parent be so calm! This woman has shown composure and compassion at the most difficult time any parent would ever have to endure.

He was stopped and literally dragged from his car by a cop screaming and cussing him out with no rhyme or reason as to why this was being done to him. It would be hard for anyone to comprehend their actions against him, let alone sit still for it. If you watch the video with bias you'd see that he wasn't really given a chance to comply to the first order g screamed at him which was to exit the car.

I’m happy the police are releasing the body camera footage. The people deserve to know how our civil servants handle themselves. With any luck, this will deter the police across America to take more care when they come into contact with the people they’re supposed to serve.

I could easily see retaliation of violence stemming from this unfortunately depending on what is viewed within the video. It may lead to another Rodney king outcome. I hope not . The Rodney king death and incident was with white officers against a African American unlike this case with Tyre. Therefore we will obviously see the difference in outcome of the public that will be unfortunately done, is the public going to be the same as Rodney king is the question? Time will tell starting this evening or tomorrow.

It’s truly sad. I don’t understand why any parent would not teach their children at home how to handle any traffic stop or chance meeting with police officers in any capacity. I’m an old white woman of 74 years and I have never in my life have heard and seen so many police, black and white, do so much wrong while hiding behind a badge. This woman is the epitome of good and heartfelt compassion under such conditions of her son being murdered is beyond me. I don’t know I could be that compassionate. I have always felt the same as her, I don’t care if a person is black or white, there’s just good and bad in all. May God bless her and her whole family. I would like to tell her I am so sorry from the bottom of my heart.

Some people are able to sorta flip a switch and disconnect for a bit when something horrible happens. But fall apart later. I can do it. But after its all said and done I fall apart. Im sure she went to pieces after the show. In the car and once back home.

He was stopped and literally dragged from his car by a cop screaming and cussing him out with no rhyme or reason as to why this was being done to him.
