I just bought this and works amazing for me, the size is just perfect for my desk, the pen works pretty fine and ive had no issues. I would recommed to plug the power adaptor if you have a PC and not a desk computer. Also it gets a little warm in the area of the USBC cable, but nothing to worry about! All in all you get your moneys worth and the tablet feels really good quality (I think the grey areas are metal and not plastic! ) without being too heavy.
Just too days? Damn, impressive. It was confirmed to be shipped a day or so after purchase but it will get to me in a week after purchase. Not too bad considering the shipping was free and I got it at the anniversary discount.

I bought an XP-Pen Innovator, and have been using it for just about a month now. I can't really find fault with it, other than the glass surface is succeptable to micro-scratches from the stylus after a while. I think it's due to the coating they put on the glass to make it more matt, andto add some drag to the pen. How is it now after 2 years? Im really tempted to order one but cant decide between the old 15.6 and Innovator because of people talking about its software issues
I have this tablet. I actually like it a lot. But I don't do illustrations for professional purposes. The price is right so it should do well for most.
Hello Brad! I have a question for you, and as you have reviewed a lot of these monitors I figured you'd be the man to ask. Can these graphic drawing tablets (and similar) be used as just a tablet. Such as an Intuos? So if you wanted to use the drawing tablet display you could, but you could also turn off (or turn the brightness all the way down) on the display and just use the drawing tablet aspect for your main monitor as one would use an Intuos? Hope you're doing well. Thank you!

Warning. Less than two years on the screen regularly flickers white. After Googling, this looks like a common fault with the Innovator 16 that seems to be related to the connection inside where the cable enters the screen. It's a shame as this is a nice device to drawn on even though it struggled to pick up clicks at the edge of the screen.
Brad I wish you did a little 3D too. It would be nice to see how all these devices you review perform in programs like ZBrush. Sculptors are left out in tablet reviews.

Enjoying your vids, Brad. I especially like it when you occasionally compare the tablets to IpadPro. It would be a good idea to implement a percentage of how much worse than an Ipad Pro a reviewed tablet is. I mean drawing experience-wise. Because even by comparing this video to your IPad Pro reviews I can see that XP Pen is not worth it. Is it?
How would you say this fits in the 15.6" tablets ranking on your website? Especially how it compares to the Huion Kamvas 16 pro and XP Pen Artist 15.5 pro.

Hi Brad, I am actually very curious to hear about your thoughts about te new Huion Kamvas 22 plus. That one seems really innovative with it’s Qled laminated screen. For the same price as the Wacom Cintiq 16 and with their new pen tech 3..... it seems really difficult to choose. I would appreciate your opinion : the realiability of Wacom or the bigger better speced Huion ?....only one review of the Huion until now and I am not sure how heavily sponsored it is ;)
the bad thing about this tablet is the color accuracy, it's completely off in every channel, I work with eizo dell apple and this is the worst screen for the color accuracy. What do i think? I think XP-Pen hasn't had a better pen than their Artist 12 pen yet. The pro version felt better in the hands but it had wave. It's a shame they didn't build on the P06 pen
Hi Brad, Thanks for the quality review, adifferent Managed to get it for $566 AUD ($412 USD) as they are on special atm on the website, and other YTer's also have discount codes you can use. the only thing at that price range (AUD) is the Wacom One 13", so it was a no brainer! Now waiting the package to see how it goes!
@@sy-zu4uz it's been very good, it was my first drawing tablet so I don't have anything to compare it too, but once I figured out settings it worked great, would definitely recommend it!

After owning this tablet for over a year, please do not waste your money! I’ve had to replace it twice, only after a few months of light use due to severe screen glitching and the pen glitching out, making stray marks everywhere. The replacement took over a month to ship back, and I had to pay for the broken tablet to ship back. These reviews are often paid so please take RUclips reviews with a grain of salt.
I LOVE YOUR REVIEWS!! Seriously every RUclipsr just gets sponsored and only says the pros I wanna know everything about that specific thing and you just say it!!
I think a lot of people will buy this product, because it is the very first 2020 16 inch pen display. And I think there are a higher demand for 16 inches display than 13 inches.
I am just confused if to get the 13, 15 or this one. I think I will get innovator I can say I like travel and light stuff so thats why not sure if to get something smaller or just get this one.
the lamination on the display comes with a big downfall. It will kill your display from constant pressure of your hand. Im currently RMAing my 3rd cintiq pro 16... the area where I usually have my hand is full of dead pixels. I really miss the parallax.
i think this product is rushed on software part... which can be later fixed with a driver update. but overall gives a very good hardware at good pricing.
I have a discontinued version of Wacom's most basic tablet, it's the intuos one. it's not Bluetooth it's keys are 2 in each of the top corners, it's about the size of my hand. I have had this little boy for 4 years it's about 6 years old since my sis gave it to me when she got one of the newer tablets. This thing has been a trooper through it all, but it's started developing problems. When I use it in csp or generally anything, if I get to close to the toolbars the mouse starts flickering on the toolbar and so does the little circle that shows where I'm drawing. I wanna get an upgrade to this but I'm just a little hesitant, but my tablet is slowly falling apart. I wanna ask for this tablet for Christmas and maybe even chime in on getting it, but I don't know if that's a good idea.
Yay! I’ve been waiting for this vid! But ummmm I was impatient and I already bought it....... well I love it!!!

I am a beginner. And I really can't afford this. But is there a good tablet (I don't want any display type)
But would love to have good response time, and draw area. I have a 80 dollar budget. Can you please suggest one. I have seen your budget videos. But.... Well.... Could you recommend one
Brad should make a video of Pen Tier List
What do i think? I think XP-Pen hasn't had a better pen than their Artist 12 pen yet. The pro version felt better in the hands but it had wave. It's a shame they didn't build on the P06 pen

Brad, when are you going to do the 2021 tablet comparisons?
Is it just me or this youtuber used to be called Brad **Colbow**? Did he get swapped by a "Brad Cowboy" from an alternate universe?
yeah I thought so too
He said he will make a vid about it 👀

@@cherilynsarts8845 did he?
It's for long term branding,Brad said himself, because new people will remember him more....as it's funny
Huzzah finallyy a review from the great one :D
Hi Brad,
Thanks for the quality review, adifferent
Managed to get it for $566 AUD ($412 USD) as they are on special atm on the website, and other YTer's also have discount codes you can use.
the only thing at that price range (AUD) is the Wacom One 13", so it was a no brainer!
Now waiting the package to see how it goes!
isn't there a big anniversary discount on the innovator in the xppen store for about the same price
@@vanillian9700 yep their discount can be stacked with others
Update pleaaase
@@sy-zu4uz it's been very good, it was my first drawing tablet so I don't have anything to compare it too, but once I figured out settings it worked great, would definitely recommend it!
I saw Huion Kamvas 22 plus for 580€
And it has 22" screen better light, better colours. Why buy this then?
bigger screen doesn't mean better alternative. for their same resolution you better get the 16inch
I will wait for 20 inch version of this series

Return of Bad Cat

Best review of the innovator 16 yet!
So....An amazing video
Hello!
As a new to design I am looking to get a pad need one with a screen so I want to get the ipad pro but is it worth it? I also see other videos like this one I I get even more confused. Should I do the investment? Or start with something lo like this is better?
After owning this tablet for over a year, please do not waste your money!
I’ve had to replace it twice, only after a few months of light use due to severe screen glitching and the pen glitching out, making stray marks everywhere. The replacement took over a month to ship back, and I had to pay for the broken tablet to ship back.
These reviews are often paid so please take RUclips reviews with a grain of salt.
Did you use the power adapter or plug cables through laptop alone?
Do you think it’s time for drawing display to have high refresh rate screen?
From my understanding there are some driver issues with this that might be causing the pen wave and the rat tails on your fast lines.
Should I get this or the 15.6 pro?
I LOVE YOUR REVIEWS!! Seriously every RUclipsr just gets sponsored and only says the pros I wanna know everything about that specific thing and you just say it!!
Brad can you please compare the Xp-pen Innovator 16 and the Wacom cintiq 16?
Was Your Samsung Tab S7+ delivered?
I think a lot of people will buy this product, because it is the very first 2020 16 inch pen display. And I think there are a higher demand for 16 inches display than 13 inches.
As a lefty who'd want the buttons on the right side, can you flip the cable around?
I am just confused if to get the 13, 15 or this one. I think I will get innovator I can say I like travel and light stuff so thats why not sure if to get something smaller or just get this one.
I'm left handed , can I flip the tablet over so I can use the controls with my right hand ?
No one:
Absolutely no one:

Small youtuber here 😙
Many people have problem on using photoahop on the tablet
Really?? I seem to have more issues on SAI v.2 than on PS. A lot of clicking issues within the menus on SAI.
Great review! Still love that glove dance :) is there any chance XP-Pen or Huion will come out with a 2k monitor in the 16" size soon? Thanks.
the lamination on the display comes with a big downfall.
Hello, between this and and the recent Samsung tab s9 fe+, which one would you recommend?
