Lucy is a stunningly beautiful girl with the best voice I have heard. This cover of a classic rock song is right up there with her cover of Leonard Cohen’s’ ‘Hallelujah’ which is the most beautiful thing I have heard in my 70+ years. I have been listening to Lucy for a couple years now and I love everything she has done alone and with Martha but this may be my all time favorite that little growl towards the end had me out of my seat the smile at the end kills me
This is an outright love song. Lucy, for her young age, does an excellent job of putting meaning into it through her voice as-well-as her facial expressions and body language. Pretty good for a young person to show that much emotion. And once again I have to mention her very smooth and sustained vibrato. Excellent. 👋 -- Added 8/29/22 - Bruddah, it only took about 10 seconds for WOW to be uttered. I also noticed that Lucy makes the song personal by her body language. She brings her hands to her chest and includes herself in the feeling. More excellence. 😀

Another powerful performance from our young lady from Great Britain !!! When I first heard this, I wasn't sure if I liked her interpretation. Really hard to beat Steven Tyler and Aerosmith. This is a Rock Classic sung by a Rock God. After I set it aside and then listened again several weeks later, I can honestly say I LOVE her interpretation. Lucy puts so much emotion into her performance that it is impossible not to love.
There are many Classic Rock songs that are within her singing range and style. Steven Tyler's 'Dream On' has a really high note (the dream scream) at the end that 95 percent of singers can't hit. Lucy would nail it perfectly. There are many famous groups from Great Britain over the years; from the Beatles (Liverpool) to Def Leppard (Sheffield), and dozens of others. Wigan where Lucy is from is right between Liverpool and Sheffield. It must be something in the drinking water that favors the Brits to become famous musicians. It sure has favored our favorite young lady from Wigan.
Lucy needs to be singing in front of the Queen. I think it's time for Lucy, Martha, and Queen Elizabeth to have Tea at Buckingham Castle.

I never heard of you Bruddah Sam, and I particularly dont watch clips of people reacting to up and coming talent. I came across Lucy purely by chance and instantly love her singing. I have and waiting on some of her CDs I ordered for my collection. I am not influenced by so called music "whatevers" doing reviews. Do something that is unique about yourself and I will enjoy listening to great music as your ponder what you can do better. No subscription here for me, and definitely not donating money to you.
