Hello Radhika, very well explained. Is this from ur personal experience or as per vedas? It seems you have some glimpse of mishap from your personal experience. As without that experience, it's impossible to understand and explain the concept so well!!
This comes from the teachings of Samayaa in unbroken lineage, validated through my direct experience in meditation. Glad you found the explanation clear. 😊
@THATfirst English By cultivating a state of desirelessness. As the brihadyaranakan Upanishad says, "when the knots that strangle the heart are loosened, the mortal becomes immortal." This state is cultivated by keeping the heart stable, practicing meditation (Dhyana, one-pointedness of mind), and constantly exercising self-restraint.
What is the first samskara that happend? Why is it so hard to clean it off? Why am I suffering? I feel not just the knowledge, it is the real experience that could help, But how to have that experience?
It is possible to go to a higher spiritual plane (called Loka) after death to work out subtler samskaras and eventually attain Moksha, but it is also possible (though very difficult) to attain moksha directly, never to be reborn in this plane or any other spiritual plane ever again.
@@celinedion23 yes, you do get to meet deceased loved ones but not quite in the form you knew them in. The loved ones may be from many different life times. Unfortunately, you may not have awareness of these meetings, since most remain unconscious during the time they spend as disembodied beings in the lokas.
It doesn't seem fair to say it is not accurate, without offering your version on this. This animation was not created after intellectual study of a couple of books, but the teachings of a 6000 year old unbroken lineage of masters of Samaya Srividya, most notable among them, Swami Rama. So what is your version and what is the authority it is based on?
I agree, This IS Nicely explained! I have been a little unclear about this concept since first learning about Hinduism. Now, if Christianity can clarify its liberation of the world.... There concept is still not clear. I will watch more to learn more!
Awesome explanation ma'am
Oh, I love this video! Why doesn't it have 1 million likes..

After Liberation will we fill existence ?
Moksha doesn't take away our individuality
Individuality is ego
Great!
I'm a bit confused, Can Atman exist or manifest itself as an Individual entity without the other koshas?
A body (other koshas) without atman is a corpse. Atman on its own re-unites with the universal Self called Paramatman.
I assume you are explaining Moksha? How does one liberate from this hell and break this NET?
By expanding awareness through a systematic process of dhyana or meditation.

I have a question about Moksha. Is it after death that you achieve it and go to a higher spiritual plane so to speak?
It is possible to go to a higher spiritual plane (called Loka) after death to work out subtler samskaras and eventually attain Moksha, but it is also possible (though very difficult) to attain moksha directly, never to be reborn in this plane or any other spiritual plane ever again.
@@radhikajiselfrealization do we get to meet deceased loved ones when we die?... Many western Psychics claim so

It looks comprehensive but not accurate... Good effort in any case.
