does anyone really know what they are doing? seems why too complicated. I never made a password, yet it says I have a password, what gives! this connection would have been doen iphone to PC in January 2018---- I assume Ill just do a reset--- where's this software?
yeah i swear to god i never put a password on it but it says i have one. i tried all my usual ones but it's not working

It works. Just pay for the SW, you spend 20 dollars just going out to eat easly. I couldn't remove the PW and was off by one lousy digit. I paid and was able to recover the PW.
Any chance you could help me out by chance? The program just freeze on my laptop. Guess its not strong enough.
