picked my tuono 660 factory up today. rode it for 7 hours on mountain roads to brake in the tiers and brakes. Suuuuper happy with the bike. its sucha perfect match between power weight and displacment.
That first issue is a recall and they updated that part. The new part lasted me 26k miles before it started going bad again. Thankfully I ordered an additional knuckle back when the first one went bad at 600 miles. As for the leak my 22 660 had that issue so I took to the dealer. They wanted just change the oem gasket but I asked if they could couple it with rubber gasket as a precaution, which they did. So far I haven’t seen a single leak for the past 29k+ miles. I never had the imu problem. I’m assuming it happens after stiffening the suspension.
Got the same bike, 22 model. The quickshifter that comes on the bike is quite clunky, my bolt almost came off twice so I had to tighten it again. Downshifts can be really hard sometimes, very annoying. Bolts on the engine/clutch cover need be checked regularly because of the engine vibration. Love how the bike handles, that's the best part about it!
Hello there! First of all, thank you very much for sharing your journey with this amazing bike. As a fellow Tuono 660 owner, I really appreciate it. I have 2 questions for you. Could you please confirm, which clipons did you bought? I watched your video called "Tuono 660 Factory Clip-ons | How To & REVIEW" and you told that you bought "Woodcraft 35mm Riser Clipons". I looked at the Woodcraft's website and find them but I just want you to confirm it. If you could please share the link of the clipons you bought, that would be amazing. Also that clipon set is the only thing I need for transforming from handlebars to clipons right? I don't need to buy anything else aftermarket? One last question. Which foot pegs did you bought aftermarket? It seems like either Bonamici or Spider. If you could confirm that as well I will be very happy. Thank you so much for everything. Keep up the videos!
hey! thanks for the comment. i specifically bought the woodcraft 35mm riser side mount clip-ons. the option is universal, so you may need to search for it. for me, i left the stock tuono triple tree, so no other aftermarket or lower triple from the RS was bought to achieve it.
i think it's debatable. i actually like the suspension that the factory comes with, it's adequate for spirited riding, whereas, I hear the RS needs a suspension upgrade for sure to do spirited/race pace riding.

Nice! Yeah, I've also developed a habit on checking all bolts and nuts on the bike after about 3 track days and pretty much every race weekend.

Really like to tuono. But if you had to do it all over again would you go for the rs instead?

My water pump leaks 2022 1600 miles
