Hume established Indian National congress ..ok..u said great humanity..but some where I read that the main purpose of establishing Indian National Cong. to calm the Indian ..whenever protest rise aginst british ..they applied some law or act to calm down Indians ..in this case also they wanted to calm down Indians..but in this case the control over INC totaly came under Indians ..INC is also called "SAFETY VALVE" For this ..Please explain my doubts..thanxx..and I got really very help from your video..
