7:04 u don't have to do that u can always put the mods into folders and it will work like that for explain stage mods u can create a folder call it "stages" and only put stage mods into that folder instead of dropping all the files into layer 2.

KAS - Fiend (107) which is set to 107 which has files like KAS_COS_107.g1m in Character folder and MPR_Muscle_Character_KASCOS107_a01.ktid in Material folder. Mod.ini also specs 107 ([Costume] slot = "KAS_COS_107"). Are you saying you can change all filename instances of 107 to an unlocked base outfit? In base Core Fighters with only Kasumi and Hitomi plus a couple guys unlocked, the only unlocked outfit for Kas is 104 (or 004), for I haven't bought the game yet. So can I just change filenames from 107 to 104 on all applicable files or is that number hardcoded inside the files? I did see your vid on mod.ini mod with insertion of Work line. I want it to work online as well.

Frame Counting do you know what it means if you have the mods in layer two but they still won’t change? I keep trying to change road rage to the night version and nothing happens and the same with the seaside eden stage. I was able to change it and now it just doesn’t change to anything

The "F" key is how you change second layer mods. Make your own with an ini file, reads; " [Costume] slot = CRI_COS_001 work = MIL_COS_0O2 " use the same sized characters to prevent their heads from floating.

Still works for me if you are talking about REDELBE. Make sure you have an account, scroll further down to the bottom of the post and download the 2.61 version (not the 0.9 one). Hope that helps.

It's still there. I just downloaded it. You have to have an account and scroll all the way down of the first post. It's version 2.9 now. I know there is a link in one of the comments as well if you browse through them. But it's not the latest version.

Make sure you select the correct costume b4 hitting F or back. If it doesn't work right away, I usually just scroll through each of them and hit back until I get it. If that still doesn't work, try to follow the video again to make sure you didn't miss anything.

@@nightblade-6664 Extract and drop the "Ayane H02 - Long Hair v2" into your REDELBE layer2 folder. Pick Ayane, select a costume, choose "no bandana" for her hair. Then press F or Back (if you are using a controller). Hope that helps!

Is there some kind of opposite Random mod? So every time the game chooses a random costume for a character, it instead uses predefined costume? This probably has an easy solution but I have no idea what that solution is :D
You can go to the DOA Central setting and then wardrobe. There you can set your prefer costumes. When selecting your costume just press the right shoulder button for your preferred outfit.
@@FrameCounting Thanks but that's not what I meant. For example in DOA-Quest, the game always give me and the AI random costumes. Same with Arcade for the enemies. That's what I want to manipulate.

hey don't use animation swaps online, they'll cause desyncs because they change where the hurboxes are.

It should. The full game is just core fighters with characters unlocked.
