hello ! it was in 2009 at the stade de France (80000 people to see her) ; it 's a mash up of this show ; the drummer wasn't the same ; Abraham Laboriel jr was with Mylène in 1996 , 1999 and 2006 ; he played with so much big artists (Johnny Halliday in France , Eric Clapton , Sting etc ) ; and it's the current drummer of the legend Sir Paul Mc Cartney ; the current drummer of Mylène is Charlie Paxson ; I saw her in june and it was always fantastic !!!!! at 61 , she still has the capacity to carry hundreds of thousands of people with her and make them feel emotions !!!! I can attest to that ! ; the show Nevermore 2023 was huge (90 trucks to transport the elements of the stage decor from one city to another , 5 days of assembly !) ; the Paris concerts have been cancelled due to riots but will be made in september and october 2024 after the olympic games ( 3 dates) ; thanks for your reaction
Yeah she's a Diva but imo shes probably the only diva I can truly appreciate and, at times, honestly enjoy despite the language barrier. Her music isn't all bubblegummy or syruppy or preachy like about every other diva out there. And she apparently appreciates her fans w such an elaborate stage production (which are not cheap). Where u see most big solo acts cheap out on the stage production. There's something special w u get that stage production along w a great band. That's what I loved about Iron Maiden live. The music was the best (at the time) and the stage productions were beyond epic. The "Powerslave" "Somewhere in time" and "7th Son" stage productions were as amazing as the albums the tours promoted. I'm sure Mylenes fans feel the same wonder we they see one of her shows. Agreed with your statemen(s) about Mylene Farmer. A diva nonetheless but because her stage presence, refined glamour and natural chic and of course, because the fans seeing her as a diva. Her private life is off limits for the outside world and I don't recall she is giving that many interviews like her peers. And that's makes her to be appreciated as an artist first.
