November 3rd is just around the corner, and the stakes are higher than ever. Let’s work together to get out the vote! Here are some things you can do:
- Make sure you are registered to vote! Vote.org
- Research the candidates...that means the local ones too!
- Find your polling place, fill out your ballot, and vote!
- Apply to be an election judge.
- Consider donating to tight congressional races around the country.
- Have respectful, honest, and sometimes uncomfortable conversations with people with whom you may not agree. It helps us all to develop empathy and understanding.
- Send letters or postcards encouraging people to vote. Votefwd.org
- Encourage your friends and family to vote!
