I don't know if Colin usually has to play women's roles on the UK Whose Line (I mostly watch the US Whose Line) but his reaction to the fact that Ryan was going to be the woman cracked me up! His face seems to say, "Well, finally!"
Clive Anderson was the best host. He didn't try stealing the scene or drawing lots of attention to himself but only popped up briefly and hilariously for a moment between scenes, leaving the show to the performers. Drew Carey injected himself a few times but was mostly for self-effacing humor. Now Aisha Tyler tries hamming it up and getting attention all the time.
@@Three_Sword_Hokageplus I'd add that Wayne and Drew added something to the chemistry. Drew wasn't exactly the funniest but he had that fun loving laid back personality that could play off the others, and Wayne is a genius with anything music or dance related.
Those two are forever.

ROFL
"something answered the door"
10 years on, in Orwell's 2020, this line would be considered 'hate speech'.... Wish I was still in 2010....
@@slobodanreka1088 Yes, referring to people struggling with their identity as "something" is not at all hateful.
lol "what lay behind.... i dunno."
i love this game they rarely do it though!
Gah. That "something". That rocks.
Colin's not playing the woman? Blasphemy.
"She gave me the kind of look that would give love sick yak a second thought."
Erin
Colin looks handsome in a suit :)
@FaithLestrange I saw one game where all four people were playing, and the only person who didn't play a woman was Colin. Now that is blasphemy.
I love Ryan :)

Something answered the door [rofl]

Probably something old Richie knocked up.
You talking about Colin? I would call him a Scottish-Canadian... I think his parents were Scottish.

you dont?
The American versions are way better.
This is early in the show. As time went by they worked out the kinks so later shows looked more polished, plus they probably had a bigger budget.

narrating music...who cares.
