Yeah the last time I had a winners gel was during a fondo.. a huge pain in the belly soon followed (I guess it was a stomach cramp).. after that I couldn’t stomach any more carbs, so I bonked big time. I guess gels aren’t for everyone?

Good tunes on the cycling clips. It would be interesting if you had the ability to superimpose instantaneous speed and power on the videos like you see with some of the crit racers who post. Impressive considering you’re so new to the sport, keep it up.
@@hueyl5696 yeh mate I agree, I tried to do the VIRB overlay however with DJI it saves videos in MOV and my Garmin GPS wasn’t syncing properly. Maybe have to buy a insta x3 as they can instantly overlay 😂 thank you mate appreciate that. There’s been a few people asking for overlays etc
