Sir, aapne bahut achi tarike se child care leave ko samjhaya hai, thanks. Lekin jo 100% leave salary for 365 day and 80%. Of leave salary for next 365 days ka example (calculation of 80% of leave salary) deke explain karne ki apeksha thi. ZAO, CBDT MUMBAI kuch apne hi rule follow kar rahe hai. Yaha HRA bhi 27% on 80%basic ke allow kar rahe hai. Kisio ko bhi 80% leave salary calculation yaha nahi aa raha hai. Aap krupa karke ek video example ka banaiye taaki logo ko salary calculation samajh me aaye. Agar pay level 7, basic Rs.56,900/- and DA Rs.17639 ho to 80% calculation kis tarah hoga yahi example deke video me explain karne ki krupa kare. Aasha karti hu ke aap jald se jald video banayenge

Please clarify that if a teacher is on CCL ( on 80% salary) which is granted by principal only , Does The principal have the right to order the teacher to attend school in between CCL , while the CCL and salary both will be deducted too ? Can she release an order regarding it too ? If yes or no , please specify the rule also ?

sir please reply..i was on maternity and child care leave for 02 years..now i joined n my senior is saying no marks will be given to during for respective financial year as u didnt done any work and u were absent for 2 years..how much marks i m eligible to get in annual appraisal report (APR)
APAR will not be filled for the period of leaves. A non-reviewing certificate will be issued for that period.

No Transport Allowance will be admissible for the months in which whole month is leave.
Basic, DA and HRA will be paid for entire period.

There is only mother & daughter. An aunt is coming to look. She suddenly fell ill and was hospitalized. There is no one to look after the child. So can I give the application to take CCL?
Yes, you can avail CCL in this situation. Minimum limit is 5 days in one spell.

Someone apply for CCL from Monday . CCL is sanctioned by office authority . But Government declare 10 days holiday from same day from which concern employee apply for CCL .
Then what to do ? Holyday starting date and CCL starting date are same . Then CCL leave will still continue or it will applicable after reopening of institution.
