It’s great that you’re using sheep wool because it’s good for the environment and also good for the sheep farmers.

More than welcome to pop into our little urban farm in Dublin if you make it down.

Top quality as always lad. Open invitation to our spot in North Leitrim whenever you’re passing . The wintertime blues completely resonates with me also. Great to highlight it as part of the natural yearly cycle.

The idea to visit other farms and make a RUclips series on it sounds great!
For time saving on the daily chores, have you looked at batt latches for opening the gate to the next paddock at a pre-programmed time. Buying them off the shelf is expensive, but you could DIY one using a timer and small solenoid/actuator and a buzzer to get the livestock’s attention. Could even go a step further and use a smart switch controlled from your phone.
Just a thought as it might help you shave some more time off to meet your goals. If you have someone checking in on the livestock, it takes another job off them, and they can run their eye over to check all is ok. You could have enough paddocks set up for daily or even 12 hour moves.
Loving the content and all the best for 2023.

I really like the idea of the farm tours. Veggie gardeners in the Northern states of the US put their farms to bed and head south for warmer states for the whole winter in order to revitalize themselves. Livestock makes that more difficult of course.

I have this issue with eggs, i would love to stop production for 2/3 months of the winter, but that is a really hard sell to the customers.
