It would be interesting if you covered all the unanswered questions in the Matrix films. That's quite a lot of videos right there! It would be nice if the writers provided more explanations for things. For example (something you've mentioned in your ''MATRIX COMICS HAVE ALIENS.Seriously.'' video):
    1. If the comic 'Goliath' is canon, then if the machines are capable of space flight through the nanite clouds, why don't they just clear the skies in some way. SPECULATION INCOMING...it could be that they're keeping it that way to prevent Earth being hospitable, thereby forcing the humans to remain underground. Also, by clearing the skies it may of prevented the war between the machines themselves if energy was such an issue. I don't see why they keep pushing the narrative of needing humans for energy, it's already been mentioned they use a type of fusion. Plus, I think it's safe to assume, if they have fusion, they must be using fission. In the Animatrix :The Second renaissance ,that sentinel bug thing with the arms seems to use a nuclear bomb. So they know about fission.
A bit of a tangent, how do they decide how many humans to grow ,couldn't they just grow loads of humans and not insert them into the matrix. Or they could grow as many humans as they wanted and have separate Matrices, otherwise, a single matrix would be extremely overpopulated! That said, how does reproduction in the matrix work! Surely the people in the matrix must make a choice to do so.
    2. How are the ships able to retrieve the red pills without being spotted? There's a few aspects to this. When the red pills are awaken, they are unplugged and flushed. I think it's safe to assume that the reason the Docbots don't kill them when they awake, is because there muscles are atrophied (not sure why they aren't fully atrophied as Neo is able to break free from the goo, take that mouth tube thing out and grab the Docbot ) so they will drown when flushed. The liquefying process may occur after this flushing, but in the first matrix, Morpheus states how he's seen the fields and seen them liquefy the dead. I wonder how he witnessed that? Assuming that is the case, then surely the act of the hovercrafts rescuing the flailing red pills interrupts the liquefying process. The machines would notice this discrepancy in human juice and have more sentinels on guard. Also, the arcade game giant claw they use to grab people seems very dangerous! If the redpills are just simply disgarded, then that's just a waste of food!
So many questions! Apologies for the rant!
