Ideally fasting means going without food but due to health concerns you could do a Daniel fast and limit the types of foods you take for the period you are fasting. For example, you could stick to vegetables and fruits for 3 days (assuming it is 3-day fast). Hope this helps!

@@lynnd.5135They try to renegotiate or offer parts. Just wake up and cancel and say no, and claim ALL what is yours. I tend to say prayer 2 in the morning after that kind of dream. I started seeing snakes, alligators, eating chocolates, being stopped by the police, swimming in a pool. Just nasty dreams. But also saw the person using my marital destiny 😢. It's been tough. I am the Scapegoat of huge family members, over 30 people, they are all. Narcissists, all kinds of different level of demons, my dad angel heart❤, my second aunt angel hearts❤, all died by those demons at very very age, 40s, my whole life entanngled with all demons... this prayers made more and more how my evils family members treated me secretly in most horrible ways, all coming out gradually... 😮😮😮😮😮 very very horrible and scaring.

Yes, that is how I did it. When I felt peace after a particular prayer, I knew that the prayer was accepted then I moved to the next one. Especially the breaking of the covenants, I waited to know that they have been broken. I even asked for God to show me a sign to confirm and he did. Yes, these are the prayer points I used. I would pray constantly beginning from the first one only (at the time I did not know that my destiny was exchanged and who did it). After that I did the other 2 prayers once through a dream that God took me back to when it happened, I was able to use them to undo the mistakes I made and for God to show me mercy and restore what I lost.
