The lemon goes cut side down in the squeezer to be pressed shenell did it the wrong way, by doing so all the juice goes all over the place instead of into the bowl. Also butter chicken has curds mustard oil kasuri methi tandoori Masala or Garam Masala in it for the marinade. Pls do check out the butter chicken recipes online. Try and grill the chicken in the oven or air fryer instead of frying it. And yes butter chicken has loads of butter and cream in it.

There's a cooking cream lite if you don't like a full fat one... I oftentimes made a butter chicken using cooking cream lite its perfectly yummy..... And you both give me another technique/Idea by making it in a pie
U can boil onions and tamatora and kaju with ginger. Garlic then pest it then sauté in butter little less it will so healthy and not much oil it wil be testy

The pies rose from the middle because you guys forgot to make a slit on top f the pies for the steam to escape always make a slit or use a knife to cut a cross in the centre on top of the pies.
