You have a lovely home Mrs G and with lots of love, I love seen your dogs been so attach to you, they follow you wherever you go because you are loving and caring to them, that shows what kind of person you are, you will always be blessed Mrs. G. Thank you for your lovely videos.💞

I’m right here with you❣️You’ve done the best you can with what you have. You have an attitude of gratitude and a strong work ethic that will see you through. I feel like we are becoming friends, Jen. I’m down in bed today with my fibromyalgia but watching & listening to you always gives me hope ❣️
First off Ouch you get feeling better love. I have lived a life of making do. It's a way off life for me. Becoming friends? Girl we ARE friends! 🥰 Please rest and get to feeling better. I know how terrible those flairs can be. I have several friends who suffer with it. 🌸🐦🌸
Thank you, Mrs. G. You're such a kind down to earth person . You are truly different from other content creators that I watch. A lot of them are very well off financially and do have funding if people want to give money. You're right. Just watching and supporting your channel is the best gift. Very emotional video . Your dogs are adorable. 🩷🐩
Thank you. And you are right about what some channels are doing. I went into this knowing exactly how I wanted my channel to be. That I didn't want to stage my life for people. I didn't go into this to get rich. I wanted to simply share the journey, help others and if I made some extra money via RUclips that was a bonus. I have the most wonderful community of people here. Nothing could be better than that.
I truly respect your work ethic. You’re making the best you can of what you have after a few set backs. It happens. It’s really cool that you finished the ceiling yourself 😊. I know that making improvements yourself gives a sense of pride when you look at the finished product. I’m looking forward to your future videos and your future projects. God bless you and your family 👍😊❤️
Jen your such a beautiful lady . You give me joy , when i see you up loaded a video for us . I love your home and you don't put on errors. your home is filled with love, one day at a time to fix it . To me it is so nicely decorated and cozy , love it . Always remember rome was built in a day and you our loved out here with youryoutuber friends . ❤❤❤💐
Thank you so very much. I love all of you as well. I try very hard to be honest, and kind. I just never want to come off as begging for help. That's not what this channel is about. I wanted to share my days, my life. To inspire, give hope, understanding and joy to others. With that comes opportunity from RUclips it self. I simply hope sharing my struggles helps someone else in the process and makes their days better. 🩷😊🩷

thank you for the tour. you make do with what you have. i do too. my space is 200sq ft. 1 room. there is a small room that was my closet, but it drove me crazy. i was always knocking clothes on floor. so now its storage, Laundry, shopping cart, umbrellas, blankets. i fold my clothes and cloth boxes fix perfectly under my bed. and my landlord bought me a 2 tier rolling cart thats beside my fridge. it holds my cooking things, my toaster oven, pyrex bowls, aluminum foil, parchment. collapsible bowls with lids. my tools in a caboodle, sewing kit on a min caboodle. a few other things. and i have 3-3 tiered rolling carts that hold my christmas decor ( my fav next to fall (but i reduced down to 1 folding box last year. :) have a blessed 4th of july. 🙏🙏💗💗🤗🤗🎉🎉🧨🧨🎆🎆🎶🎶🍔🍔🍟🍟🌭🌭🥪🥪🍪🍪☕☕🥤🥤🍉🍉🍓🍓
I know what the one-room living is. When the hubby and I married, we ran a 21-room rooming house. I loved it there but we lived out of a small room ourselves. But it was fun we were young and well-known of course and life was filled with friends and open doors. These days that life would send me into anxiety but I was young haha😂 It sounds like you have figured out how to organize and maintain a small space . That's no easy task at all. You have a wonderful 4th as well.🎇🎆🍉🍉🍔🍔
You guys have done an amazing job with what you were starting with! Home repairs aren't for us,we just can't do the things we use to. We had major things that had to be done and got ripped off by every contractor that we used. We have weak spots in some of the floors, and windows that won't open. We would ask for help with the physical part, but we live on SSI. So the budget is blah! I like your house, I like houses that are old. Even if I had money for a fancy house, I wouldn't get one. People are so worried about what others have, those are aren't my kind of people. Don't worry about getting emotional, it shows your human. One of the reasons I love you so much much is your authenticity. I say open a PO box. Let people who care about you help. You can be proud without pride holding you down. If someone sends you something it's because they want to and know you would never ask. I want to send you a card and a dust pan! Love to you Judith❤❤❤❤❤❤
There are contractors around here that are like that... That is why I will not pay them to come in. It is hard though when you have no other choice and shame on them.
Hi Mrs. G I love watching you because you feel like my godmom. I know I can't feel you through the computer but you feel like love so thank you. Mrs. G.
Oh Jenn, you are such a lovely lady. I live in PA. If we lived closer, I know we would be friends. I love your house just the way it is. I live in a 129 year old farmhouse. Everything is still original except the bathroom upstairs that was remodeled 50 years ago and our main floor bathroom which was an enclosed porch that my husbandremade into a halfback and laundry room 35 years ago. We choose to not live in debt so we have always lived within our means. My house, even though it's old, is very beautiful when not cluttered up. After living in this house for 38 years you can imagine the "stuff" I have. It's going slow but I keep moving along to declutter. I really enjoyed your video today. By the end I was crying along with you. God bless you and your family. Your RUclips friend, Emma Altemose.
Emma I love this little house. It is like my life always a work in progress. I have kind of a funny story to share about the first day we actually moved up here. I will have to share it in tomorrow's video. There was a time we pushed the limits to live above our means and it was a mistake. You live and you learn. I simply want a peace filled life. I love older homes, they have character. The walls hold stories. I did not mean for it to become emotional...but I care for all my viewers and never want anyone to feel like they are being taken for a ride. I know it happens but that is not who I am. I like to earn whats mine. Respect ,loyalty, kindness and money.
One reason why your channel is one of my favorite channels. You’re so real and open with your content. I totally can relate to you. After my mom divorced my dad we lived in the house for about a year. She got tired of the ex in-laws being nosy. My mom went on the hunt to find a house. She sold it and bought a house right out. The previous owner was going to fix it up to resale but just didn’t get to it or have time to flip it. There was a lot of fixing up to be done. My mom had her cousin do the remodeling for us. We lived with the house done how she had it for several years. We finally took out the carpet in the bathroom and put that pill and stick tile. My aunt had some wallpaper which my mom and I wallpapered the bathroom. Eventually my mom got tired of the carpet underneath the dining table being dirty and greasy she had the carpet ripped up underneath the carpet was hardwood floors. Between my mom and my dad they refused the floor and fixed the crack in the floor. Then my mom was in an accident, she got a settlement from the accident. She used the settlement to fix up the house. We got all new windows, new siding, and divided the living room into a living room and dining room. We ended up getting new carpet in the living room and putting down laminate flooring over the hardwood floors. I’m not sure when the laminate flooring was replaced in the kitchen. My mom has always used what we had or looked for something for a reasonable price to create a home for us. When we first moved in we went to pick out paint for my bedroom. Then when I was 12 or so I wanted a daybed which my mom made all the bedding and curtains to match the bed. I’m not sure why we didn’t paint my walls then. I kept the same sky blue walls all my school years until I my college years. The process of changing my bedroom took sometime. I first started out with a bed frame then the mattress. I then got my bedding set. I had that for a while until I got the paint to match the bedding. I’m sure one of these years my mom will replace the carpet in her room and mine.
That is a beautiful story. Your Mom sounds like a strong and smart woman. I have always told my kids there is no shame in being poor. People who learn to make do are creative and doers (Well unless they choose not to be.) My journey led my son to his now wife and he and my son trev fixed up the little house across the street out back from me and he bought it. While my home is not a magazine house it is real and comfortable and lived in like the home you grew up in. Thank you for your reply. I love hearing about others and their experiences. 🌸🐦🌸
@@lovemrs.g thanks she is a strong woman. I agree those that have learned a craft go further in life. I wish sometime I wished I had created a craft that would take me further in life. I guess I’m living the life I wanted as a young child. I always wanted to be a teacher or a Paraeducator to help children like me.
@amandasnailtasticnails9657 I think being a teacher is a beautiful career. I homeschooled my children but I am in no way anti public school. But I will say all that extra time with my kids seeing them learn new things was such a wonderful experience.

I really like the way the curtain looked on the shelf. It matches your other curtains so it brings the whole room together even more. Gr8 idea as usual. You think of some really good ideas. Keep up the good work.
It’s OK. Everybody has to do it in their own time and wait till they have the money for it. I think your house is slowly coming together but it doesn’t matter what other people think about it as long as you’re OK with it that’s all that matters.❤
Yes, they do. We have worked hard to bring it to where it is. I love to stand outside at night and look inside from the yard and see how sweet and homey it looks and listen to my family inside chat and laugh. It puts my heart at ease.
