All these tips were great, I feel as I’ve gotten older I’ve learned to be more like this. & I agree living in the present is so much better than focusing on the past which you can never change. I used to care so much what people thought & saying no was so difficult. I feel like learning to love myself helped me a lot, I’m still working on some of these, but life is a learning process. 💕

Hi lindsay just popped over and subscribed 😘 this is definitely what i needed to hear right now. It's so hard not to get weighed down and i will definately take tips on board. Thinking in the past or thinking ahead can make you feel so many things. Do you find youself focusing on that. So glad you started your youtube channel. Very true about saying no sometimes i find i say yes to please others. I worry about missing out or annoying people. Also your hair ia super pretty.

Such an uplifting video, Lindsay! I am in the same boat--on a similar journey to care significantly less about what others think. I love coming up with long-term mantras that become the theme of my self-care/development until I feel I don't need them as much. My current one is: don't feel like you have to do what others are doing. Do you have a fave mantra?
