The Self/God is unchanging, formless, timeless, spaceless. Everything that is subject to change, is in time and space and has form is illusory. You are not a human or a personality or a husband, father, mother, son, brother, you are the perfect love of the Self always.

Hi Sunny Sharma, could you make a video about the time when you came to become self aware? How long it took you, how is your life different now and how it was back then. Thank you

Hi Sunny. Could you recommend something for chronic laziness and lack of desire/ambition. I used to meditate and got a ton of clarity from it before but now I'm finding difficult to make it into a consistent practice. Any tips on how to be dedicated to remaining present and also what do you recommend to someone who is very lazy and suffers from a lot of addictions. Thank you!!

Start with guided meditations of Sunny. There are so many. Even a lazy person can allow to lose himself in that flow.
Just breathe, don’t think and keep listening. You actually have to only pay the cost of realising Self by letting go of all the pay-offs you get by your distractions. All distractions give some payoff to you, find and release them.
Spiritual strength actually comes from doing nothing. Not a thing. Just be.

@@JONATHAN71. it's not that easy and many of us struggle with the same thing.

I made a major breakthrough years ago which was liberating at the time. All my ego problems vanished and it was a new world but as I adjusted to it I realised it's so meaningless. I was falsely motivated before but now I can't get out of bed.

maybe you are not lazy, maybe you are just a projector or a manifestor (human design aura types)

Sunny Sharma how long it took you to reach self awarness, how your life changed when you transitioned? Can you make a video on your own experience. Thank you

Hi Sunny does taking away interest in thoughts the exact same thing as trying to take away the attention away from the mind and onto something like body sensations?
