he obviously spits it out or regurgitates after the video. There is no way he could eat like that and: not get health problems, not gain weight, etc. Eating high amounts of sugar can change your appearance, (look older, more pimples, etc). This man is clearly not consuming. Theres no way he could be

@@ok-kt8tv I think for the amount he eats he can probably burn it off if he works out basically the rest of the day. That too im doubtful but like if thats all he eats and works out tremendously then maybe? Cakes are super super high in sugar and on top of that he adds stuff like nutella etc so i have my doubts. BUT lets say for arguments sake that he does somehow manage to work out enough that doesn't account for the amounts of sugar he is eating. High amounts of sugar (Especially at once) release insulin (cause insulin helps collect all that sugar from the blood and store it for later use). Over time if you keep eating like this your body will always have high amounts of insulin in the blood which will create an insulin resistance. This makes it harder to burn calories or you gain weight really easily when you eat. Like ever sit there with a bag of chips and then gain a pound the next day will your super skinny friend ate like two bags and didn't gain anything? Thats cause there is too much insulin in the blood. You can't lose weight if you have insulin in the blood cause its job is too restock your sugar storages. Plus all the sugar would show. He would have acne, cause excess sugar causes hormonal issues etc. His skin looks flawless. So excuse me if i have my doubts.
