A maioria das pessoas coreanas que fazem esse tipo de conteúdo fazem treinos intensivos para manter sua forma, saude e bem estar. Bom exemplo de pessoas coreanas que comem meio mundo e são magros é o SiO ASMR. Se não fizessem, ficariam igual o nikocado avocado. Um mukbanger americano que acabou com seu estado fisico e até mental. Pesquise sobre ele ou videos dele (mas só quando não estiver comendo rsrs)

I don’t care too much for ASMR, so some sounds I don’t recognize. When eating a crepe cake or anything held together with cream, it almost sounds like it’s particularly frozen. Ii think I hear little ice crystals. Am I right or am I hearing something else? I usually have the sound down on ASMR. New viewer for sure! Keep up the great work!
