4)100K X2
5)12 volt led X2
This circuit is an Astable Multivibrator or we can say Free Running Multivibrator, which has no stable states. Its output oscillates continuously between its two unstable states without the aid of external triggering. The time period of each states are determined by Resistor Capacitor ( RC ) time constant.

Thank you very much. Only a question: How can I make it work with a electric car system? When engine is off the circuit are 12VDC, but when engine runs voltage is between 13,8 - 14,8 VDC. I think is so higher and at least, leds burns. If I try with a L7812 is OK when engine's on, but so low voltage when motor stops.

Sorry. At now I've used 12vdc leds directly, without flash circuit and, sooner por later, all of leds burns. That's because I've said it. Model what I use ia 12vdc orange x6 leds, and I want to use for lateral signalization.

Bro 180 ohms ke jaga dosra value konsa lagana he hamare han yahan par 180 ohms ka resistor nahi mil rahaa
You can use any value b/w 150 to 200 ohm
