Great Shop Kyle! How and what terms did you search for to find the shop space? My next move is to find a space but don’t know the terms to pop in google or where to find listings. This is exactly what I’m looking for.

Same here. I’m currently outgrowing my 10x20 storage unit. Looking for a similar shop to rent out, just don’t know what to look for to find something.
Hey Guys, I would try searching warehouse spaces for lease in your area. Also search "Flex space" and" industrial park". Some storage facilities will also have large units with a side door. Hope this helps
Should have kept the pump on a plate and mounted it on the wall to make a cool transfer station. Shop is perfect, congrats on the new move and thanks again for the gallon.

Sold it before the move . I'll get another rig once I find a slightly larger shop
