Just because the Prada boots are a bit thrashed doesn't mean they wont sell. I know Balenciaga put out some crazy beat to sh*t shoes for thousands of $$$. Prada's tall leather boots retail for over $2,000. I'd clean them up, use some wonder balm on them, list between $80-$95 w/ best offer, and see what happens.

When my MC leather boots get dirty, I take them to the shoe repair for a good cleaning and new soles if needed.
