For 10 to 15 lakh it may be true, but not for high paying companies, You are in tier 1 college but all the students sitting for placement are also from same college, so your logic is absurd. There is internal competition, so your resume must stand out from others to get high paying jobs.

@@Rohit_Negi it would look good. It was just a suggestion /tip. As you grow up, upto a particular no. of years, it is many times suggested and advised widely to have a 1 pager resume. If you have very extensive exp., then that may go 2 pages, not more than that. These are resume practices accepted widely worldwide (specially west) - ultimately it is upto you. For your exp and content, it is easy to fit in 1 page - would look more crisp and concise - and is handy when printed/while scanning by recruiters. I work at a Sr. Mgmt position in the industry, hence the tip. Rest you are doing good and best wishes.. Cheers!

Bro is it possible to prepare for both placements(product based companies) and GATE exam together?? I'm currently in 4th sem and already gate keliye prepare krna shuru kardiya hu... Lekin agar bychance na hua to backup keliye ek achi placement secure karna chahata hu...
Don't try to do this, prepare for one thing only❤️
First prepare for gate after gate exam you will have one whole semester left in which you can improve your DSA asked in product based companies.

@@skjamilahemad4971 in 8th semester you can practice DSA as per industry requirement and made some good project also. As u will have good knowledge of DSA during your gate preparation. U can use Complete interview preparation course from Geeksforgeeks.

If u just shorten the page margins, reduce the font a bit, the resume could fit in 1 page
It's not about fitting everything in one page, it should also look good to reader.❤️
@@Rohit_Negi it would look good. It was just a suggestion /tip. As you grow up, upto a particular no. of years, it is many times suggested and advised widely to have a 1 pager resume. If you have very extensive exp., then that may go 2 pages, not more than that. These are resume practices accepted widely worldwide (specially west) - ultimately it is upto you. For your exp and content, it is easy to fit in 1 page - would look more crisp and concise - and is handy when printed/while scanning by recruiters. I work at a Sr. Mgmt position in the industry, hence the tip. Rest you are doing good and best wishes.. Cheers!
